When I wrote my first paper, I argued that, “leadership is such a character that is acquired after birth by the people who have the will and power to do so because those who lack the motivation to become leaders may not acquire the characteristic.” However, at this time, I have discovered that leadership is a character that may be acquired and some people may also be born with it.
