It’s time to prepare your reflection paper on the Personal SWOT analysis that you have been working on during this session. Review the feedback you received from your Week 4 assignment – SWOT analysis template. Make all necessary revisions to address any issues identified by your instructor and include this update analysis as an Appendix (chart).

Continue your research so that you may incorporate at least 4 sources of high-quality external research into your paper, 2 of which must come from the NECB eLibrary (See Attached).In addition to those 4 sources, citing assigned course materials is expected to demonstrate (See Attached) tie-in to concepts covered, but it is not considered outside research for the purposes of this assignment.

Write a 750-1000-word paper using APA format*, summarizing what you learned from completing this assignment. Make sure you tie in what you read in the articles above, research you conducted and course materials. In your paper, cover the following:

Create a plan for building your strengths.

Identify two items from your Strengths that could be taken from “first rate” to “excellent”.

Explain your rationale for choosing each one. Why are these critical to you becoming a great manager? Support your rationale with examples.

Using what you have learned from the course materials and discussions, develop a plan of specific, concrete actions, steps, or activities that you could take to increase each of the Strengths you identified. Be very, very explicit – exactly how will you go about acquiring the skills and knowledge you need to fully realize your strengths? What techniques could you use that are described in these articles, and more generally, in the course, to “take it to the next level”?

*APA FORMAT: APA Format typically includes a title page, abstract, running headings, in-text citations, list of References and Appendices.
