The requirement is to work a minimum 2 shifts per month (https://visitthecenter.org/volunteer, 2018).” I chose the program monitoring to answer the question about clients being satisfied with this service program.Explain the potential benefits of the program evaluation that you proposed (both process and outcome).The process benefits of monitoring the program helps with determining the strengths and weaknesses of the service program that is being implemented. It helps to discover ways to improve program services for the most effective outcomes. The stakeholders may have concerns with who is conducting the research and another concern could be what resources is needed to conduct the evaluation (Logan & Royse, 2010). I would address the concerns by explaining the need for an external person to complete the evaluation requirements instead of an internal person. The external person to present the program evaluation would be unbiased because there is no internal investment within the agency or toward the clients involved.
