The presentation provided insight and learning about real-life scenarios from an experienced professional and was an excellent forum to provide an informative and entertaining learning experience. The presentations on clinical interventions were a godsend and will prove to be extremely helpful as I move forward with my field experience and career in the social work field.  I certainly could have used the knowledge and practice from the group exercises during my first field placement.   I feel much more prepared and less anxious about my next placement.Overall, the skills lab was an amazing learning forum and the presentations were filled with real-life scenarios about actual clients that our presenters had experienced.  I felt that their wealth of knowledge is the best way to learn about the profession and how to be professional effective social workers.I was pretty anxious about the group presentation but was pleasantly surprised at how well our group was able to remotely collaborate and develop a cohesive presentation.  The virtual experience was an excellent forum to practice adaptability as we navigate our new world with Covid-19.
