A process recording is a written tool used by field education experience students, field instructors, and faculty to examine the dynamics of social work interactions in time. Process recordings can help in developing and refining interviewing and intervention skills. By conceptualizing and organizing ongoing activities with social work clients, you are able to clarify the purpose of interviews and interventions, identify personal and professional strengths and weaknesses, and improve self-awareness. During the session client become very emotion.  Client feel the company that she works with only care about the quality of work the employee produce.    Client drink occasionally but is afraid that she might become addict.  Client wakes up and don’t want to go to work because she is so stress.  Client sometime feels she is not in the right mind set.  During the session client become emotion when reveal her dad left her and mom when she was baby.  Client stated her mom told her when she was 14-year-old.  The man that took care of her from baby is not her real dad.  Client was in a state of shock.  When client was 14 her dad reconnected.  Client work all day and don’t have time for fun.  Client sleep for 5-6 hour at night.  When client is stress, she eats a lot.  Client have self-esteem problem.  Client have to work on building up her confidence.  Coping skill was discuss with such has yoga, meditation and deep breathing.Required ReadingsGallina, N.
