Mobile ATM

My customers wait in line at the ATM and get very frustrated with everyone in front of them. The longer someone is line the more likely they are to leave and go to another ATM in which I do not receive a fee.

I want a mobile APP that allows people to request the money they want ahead of time or when they are in line. When they reach the front of the line, the machine will dispense the money. The machine needs some way to know it is the correct user whether that is software or a hardware issue. The machine should also give account balance info.

Since it is on a mobile phone I want it to be designed for a 3.5 inch screen minimum. Users should be able to easily navigate the Mobile Phone ATM screens on a small touch screen and be able to do any transaction in 3 screens or less.

Using what you learned for Requirements elicitation. Write the Use Cases for this Application. You may work in teams. I will be the customer so ask me any questions you have on what the system should do. As the customer I would also like paper prototypes of the screens so that I can see that the Requirements map to an implementation.
