Film Analysis

You should select 1 film from the following list. Please write a brief 2-3 page reaction paper on the film (typed, double spaced). Papers will focus on analyzing the films within their historical and cultural contexts, focusing on exploring the themes and ideas raised in the film. Students will take careful notes after each screening, in order to capture their initial reactions to the films. Students are encouraged to conduct additional research on these films and filmmakers and incorporate that research into their papers.
