What are some reasons employees and managers resist change? As a leader, what methods would you use to help employees and managers adapt to change? Provide a media example where the resistance to change was overcome by a united effort of employees and management.  Why did they succeed?  Defend your response.

Select two historical leaders who you believe were gifted leaders?  What made them as effective as a leader?  What would you consider as one their major weaknesses as a leader?  If they were alive today could they be effective as a leader now?  Share an example of why they would they be considered as effective leaders?  Support your responses with the course reading.
