By September 17, all students will complete a paper in which they completely design an intervention for their present organization (or a previous organization for students not presently employed). The paper should be a minimum of 10 pages in length (excluding the cover sheet and bibliography pages). This paper must identify a problem, state a goal, include how metrics, assessment and feedback would be handled, and cover the intervention (change process) from start to finish. The paper will be developed in stages, with each stage having its own due date (see below). The paper will be written in APA format. It needs a sufficient number of sources, which should be sources not covered in the course (i.e., not the textbook). Wikipedia and web sites are not acceptable sources. Using them as sources will affect your grade unfavorably. The paper will be double-spaced, typed using Courier New font (12 point), with one-inch margins. The paper will contain a title page, an outline, and a bibliography. The paper will be developed in stages, with each stage having its own due date.
The outline is due August 31st.
The biography or list of journal articles (evidence of research progress) is due Sept. 4th ($15)
A rough draft for my review is due Sept. 10th ($100)
The final paper is due no later than Sept. 17th (If instructions were followed, this should only be minor corrections- if any pointed out my professor)
