1 Employee Portfolio: MotivationManagement Plan
You are a manager of three employees at Riordan Manufacturing. You recently had these employees take a series of self-assessments to aid you in managing them. Now that you have these assessments, you are now tasked with creating an Employee Portfolio for each of the employees to help guide you in developing ways to best manage them.
Resources: Results of Self-Assessments (Score= 50), Employee Portfolio Management Plan
Complete the Employee Portfolio: Management Plan. There is one on the student website but I have modified it for this assignment, and thus provided a sample outline in my Course Materials Forum that you are to complete. It is similar to the one on the website but all information is contained in one document, with some additional items required.
Submit the Self-Assessment Results (Score = 50) on the Sample Employee Portfolio Plan and add the answer to these two questions at the end of each survey: In the column labeled score, be sure to give not only the score, but where the person is situated in the range. Are they above or below the median?
· Howmight this employee’s characteristics affect the performance of the organization? Give specific examples of how the strengths and weaknesses in each survey could impact co-workers and company.
· Recommendations for additional areas that require more focus. Your recommendations should be based on data from the chart you completed.
.I have provided a sample Employee Portfolio Plan outline in attachment. Only one file with all three surveys as shown in the sample paper is to be submitted.
