Two kinds of writing are required on this project–synopsis for the table, narrative for policy boxes. One page (possibly 2 sides of one sheet of paper) is sufficient for each project.
To do the projects, you need to check the Sources Online for your country and have to look into your own mind. The attachments might be sufficiently confusing to provoke reflection and speculation. Refer to the syllabus p. 2, the sheet where memory, logic, choice, and luck are mapped across the page. Preparing yourself was the reason for that and for the dual-dichotomies, triple dichotomies, cross-impact tables, future wheels, and those techniques. For information stimulation, the BBC Country Timeline is a place to start, and U.S. Dept. of StatePrevious Edition Background Notes in the History and Culture sections. You need to have your antenna tuned and your intuition ready. If you have been reading CIA World Factbook and Freedom House Freedom in the World and the BBC Country Profile, you are already prepped to have good hunches.

In the table, insert bare data, snippets of information, headline-style assertions.
Under the table, write four concise paragraphs–one paragraph on each issue–in narrative style. Three sentences are standard minimum for a paragraph. Each would be similar to a lead paragraph in a news article–who, what, where, when, how.
