There is one required discussion question (DQ) per week. Students must answer one DQ by end of the 3rd day of the week (11/14/14).  

DISCUSSION QUESTIONS ASSIGNMENT:

Search the library (LINC) or website for a journal article relating to one of the following models of quality:

•     Six Sigma
• ISO900X
• Plan, Do Study, Act

Write a 2-3 paragraph summary of the article.Your summary should include a description of the quality model methodology, its advantages and disadvantages, and how it’s applicable in healthcare. Be sure to follow proper APA formatting, including references.The report must be in your own wordsDo not report on an article that another student has reported on.

FYI… Another student wrote on Six Sigma.
