 Microsoft Company which was founded in the 4thApril, 1975 by Bill Gates and Paul Allen. In 1980, Microsoft had made partnership with a company called IBM which needed Operating Systems to be used in the computers they were manufacturing. The first Operating System from Microsoft was called OS/2(Marshall, 1994). Microsoft Company has a great people as employees that share great values. Some of the values that the employees has are integrity and honesty, they have passion for their customers and technology, Self-critical, questioning, and committed to personal excellence and self-improvement, Accountable for commitments, results, and quality to customers, shareholders, partners, and employees. Microsoft product is on the increase due to its Operating System being on demand on computers, laptops and in smart phones like nokia. Technology innovation has set high standards. Microsoft has also evolved as the Windows 8 has its own security features that can detect virus as well as remove it in order to provide security on computers, laptops, it also has latest features that support the use of touch screens. Microsoft company variable cost on their product such as Windows XP sales have diminish completely meaning there is no longer production of this kind of product any more.
