1. Which judge’s reasoning do you favor in this matter? (violent video games played and purchased by minors). Why?
2. What if the case was Brown vs The Hideaway? Can any of the judges’ opinions be applied to an imagined future where people (including minors) could participate in violent VRs? Or is it a totally different thing? or, Should the Law even want to interfere with this kind of activity?
