6. Ideas for literacy strategies for each grade that families can implement in the home, paying special attention to meeting diverse family needs. Include learning theories regarding child development as a basis for the literacy strategies chosen.
7. An explanation of the effective use of digital tools and resources to support student success and innovation, by teachers and students alike. Communicate to families the innovative ways to promote literacy development through current and emerging technologies, and provide ideas for their involvement.
8. Additional supports, resources, and amenities that will be offered that night, paying special attention to meeting diverse family needs.
9. A 250-500 word rationale for your plan that explains how your plan promotes a safe, positive learning environment of openness, mutual respect, and supportive interactions that respect the diversity of all.
