The application assignment for module is to participate in a discussion regarding Carol Dweck’s idea of growth mindset and how you can use her research to decrease your own stress. You must post an original response to the following questions and respond to two peer posts. Your responses to peers should be supportive and add new information to the discussion. (You should not simply agree or praise them.) Consider providing additional suggestions or add on to your peers’ ideas.

Consider something in your life that causes you a lot of stress. After watching Carol Dweck’s video in the learning resources section of this module, how can you use her idea of “not yet?” How can you use this cognitive process to help you reduce your stress. Describe your plan for reducing your stress for this particular thing in your life.
