The annotated bibliography must include a minimum of 4 appropriate peer-reviewed journal articles as well as minimum of 1 reading from the course syllabus. All of the articles must be relevant to your final research paper. 5. Annotations must not exceed 200 words (excluding the source reference). 6. The annotated bibliography must be organized correctly using APA format and 12-point Times New Roman font. All pages must be numbered. 7. Students must use proper grammar and clear writing. 8. Each annotation must: 1. Clearly articulate the thesis of the article (i.e. What is the main argument?) 2. Include a (very) brief explanation of how the author(s) develops or supports the thesis (i.e. How does the author(s) support their main point?) 3. Include a statement of the author’s purpose or motive (i.e. Why did the author write this?) followed by the author’s goal in doing this work (i.e. What is the author trying to do?) 4. A clear articulation of how this source contributes to your project. (i.e. How does this article help to explain concepts, support your claim, provide factual or contextual support?) 5.
